Constantine Residence

Redevelopment and expansion on this mid-1970’s mass-manufactured house, located within a spectacular six-acre setting in New England’s Berkshire mountains, has included five separate building projects commissioned over a period of almost 25 years. The development of this unique residential estate has included many individual projects based on one singular concept: to create an authentic New England village of uses, spaces and forms.

The designs have drawn inspiration from surrounding barns, silos and native architecture with a history of superb local craftsmanship. Each project capitalized on the site’s spectacular hillside setting with views toward the Berkshire Mountains to the West and Hudson Valley to the east.

Individual projects have included expansions and alterations to the Main House, new Pool Complex, Squash Court facility, Fitness wing expansion, Master Bedroom pavilion, and several other out buildings.
